Shipping
Order before 12PM AEST and we ship the same day. All orders go via AusPost, fully tracked, with email tracking sent on dispatch.
*Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 12PM AEST. Orders after that go out the next business day. Customs and import duties on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
7-day exchange window on unworn pairs.
Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll offer an exchange or store credit. If we have your size in another pair, we'll swap. If we don't, we issue store credit for the full amount paid. Rare boots are hard enough to find — the last thing you should worry about is whether they fit.
Full refund. No friction.
Photograph what's wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a return label and refund as soon as the pair lands back with us.
Refunds for change-of-mind aren't standard given the rare nature of our inventory. We'll always try to find a workable outcome though, so message us if you're stuck.
Authenticity Guarantee
If a pair you buy from us is ever proven inauthentic by a recognised third-party authenticator, we refund you 3× the amount you paid.
